I attended the Paddock Club's car show at Thruxton Circuit. This was held to raise money for the Race Against Dementia Charity. Race Against Dementia was founded by Sir Jackie Stewart to fund research into the prevention and cure of Dementia.
The weather was threatening and it did eventually rain but during the early part of the day, a wide range of cars turned up for the event.
Inside the Thruxton Centre, the café was open, a raffle for Race Against Dementia was held with some great prizes, Indira Flack had set up a stand with some of her photo's and Tiff Needell was also in attendance.
Below are my photo's from the event.

It's a shame that the weather for this event was rubbish as the organisers told me that over 300 cars had registered to attend the event and a lot of hard work goes into making these events happen. But I can also understand drivers not wanting to take their cars out in bad weather.
On the day £337 was raised for Race Against Dementia.
