BTCC Rounds 10, 11 & 12 at Thruxton Circuit

I attended rounds 10, 11 and 12 of the British Touring Car Championship at Thruxton Circuit.
As the championship rolled into Thruxton, just 11 points separated the top 4 drivers.
A new trend this year has seen the same driver win the first two races at each race. Donnington Park saw Tom Ingram take the first two races, at the Brands Hatch Indy it would be Colin Turkington, while at Snetterton Jake Hill would take the first two races. So who will triumph at Thruxton?
you can't rule out any of the above drivers and a couple of other I would mention would be Ash Sutton, the current BTCC Champion who until now has not had a win this season and Josh Cook who has 10 previous race wins at Thruxton is also worth considering.
Away from the BTCC, the support races have their own stories to unfold.
In the Rokit Formula 4 Championship, Abi Pulling became the first female driver in the history of the championship Can she repeat this success?
In the Porsche Carrera Cup there are a lot of familiar names from BTCC passed, George Gamble, Steven Jelley, Daniel Lloyd and George Gamble will line up on the grid.
Abbie Eaton this year is racing in the Carrera Cup for Rebello Motorsport, Abbie has had years or racing experience and now brings this to the Carrera Cup.
In the The Dunlop Mini Se7en Challenge Supported by Mini Spares, more familiar names appear, Mike and Andrew Jordan are racing in this championship with Andrew's brother Bradley, Mike is the current overall champion for this series.
Ex BTCC driver Jeff Smith also races in this series.
Away from the track there was a trade village, some replica Super Touring Cars and the Thruxton driving experience cars.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, there was live music and on the Saturday night in the assembly area, there was Crazy Carting that featured some of the BTCC drivers.
Below are my photo's and videos from the event.

The podium celebrations for race 2 Tom Ingram tops the podium, with Jake Hill on 2nd place and Dan Cammish in third. Just 30 minutes later this result was changed due to Tom Ingram cutting the Club Chicane and gaining an advantage. Tom was demoted to 3rd place giving Jake Hill the win.

Jake Hill would take victory in rounds 10 and 11, with Ash Sutton picking up his first win of the season in round 12.
Abi Pulling scored another podium in the Rokit Formula 4 Championship.
Mike Jordan started his race from 7th place and by the end of  the first lap he was leading the race.
Andrew Jordan started 13th and lead his race by the end of the first lap.
If you are able to watch the race meeting on the ITV X App, it's worth taking some time to watch it, there is plenty of action to watch.
The next race weekend is the 22nd and 23rd of June at Oulton Park, if you can get there please go, the racing is fast and close and the BTCC package is great value for money.
