I visited Brooklands with my dad to have a look at the museum and the meeting hosted by the Mopar Muscle Association. This is a club that is dedicated to the preservation, use and enjoyment of Chrysler products of the muscle car era. These were abbreviated as MOPAR's, this came from Chryslers Motor Parts department. However, they are not a restricted club and they allow anyone with a car and enthusiasm to join the club. During the week before the meeting the heavens opened and it looked like this day would follow suit. It did not, the weather was stunning and the turnout was great. What I love about these cars is the some of the quirky details, for example the valve covers on some of the engines and some of the decals. Below are photo's from the event
