I attended the season opening Wake Up Breakfast Meeting at Wilton House, the theme was Performance Icons, Anything that is considered to be quick or Iconic could be displayed.
With the news that the big summer weekend meeting had been cancelled, I was uncertain of what this meeting would be like. I arrived before the 8am start time and there were already several cars parking up for the display area. This trend continued throughout the morning. At it's peak, at least 3 parking areas had been filled and they had to park some of the cars in the neighboring shopping village. This was the biggest turnout for breakfast meeting since they began at Wilton House.
My personal highlights from this meeting were meeting Harriet Florence and Richard Guy and seeing their Konigsegg Agera R. This is number 18 of 18.
If this event is anything to go on, then we are in for a summer of packed breakfast meetings at Wilton House
