I attended the 2017 Chili Night at the Valley Gas Speed shop in Andover, this was a charity event in aid of The Duchess of Kent Hospice in Theale.
The Valley Gas Speed shop from time to time open up their doors for like minded people to enjoy an evening of cars, music, alcohol, burlesque a charity auction, and chilli.
Pictured above are Jimmy and Eloise Hibberd, the organizers of the event.
The music was brought to us by DJ Jerry and live music from Big Boy Bloater, the burlesque performers were Scarlett Daggers and Missy Malone. Auction items included a Pendine Sands book by Neal Read, a piece of pinstriping by Nefarious, Items from Keith Harman from House Of Wax, a pedal car from Valley Gas, a signed photo from Missy Malone and multiple items including books, signs and rum from Sailor Jerry.
It was a fantastic evening that made a lot of money for The Duchess of Kent Hospice with great entertainment, a great atmosphere and a chance to catch up with friends and make new ones.
Massive thanks to Jimmy and Eloise for putting on a great evening and also to a chap called Cornish Nick for educating me about how much 10 bob is.
